Mark Jordan AP HP

As the founding member and managing attorney for Jordan Law Group, PLLC, Mr. Jordan has more than 15 years of experience representing insurance companies and their insureds, individuals, and businesses in a variety of areas, including insurance coverage disputes, personal injury litigation, premises liability, insurance bad faith, and property damage.

He earned his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law, his M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and his B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University.  He is licensed to practice law in Texas, including the Federal District Courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and he has successfully tried to verdict several jury trials, involving a wide range of alleged damages.

Mr. Jordan is a member of numerous legal organizations, including the State Bar of Texas, the Federal Bar Association, the San Antonio Bar Association, Defense Counsel of San Antonio, and the William S. Sessions American Inns of Court.  Mr. Jordan is also a Fellow of the San Antonio Bar Foundation.

Education

While at St. Mary’s School of Law, Mr. Jordan was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honors fraternity and a recipient of the Dean’s Leadership Award. He served as an Associate Editor of the St. Mary’s Law Journal. He also served as a Judicial Intern for Judge Edward Prado, who was, at the time, Judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. Mr. Jordan also had the privilege of studying abroad at the University of Innsbrook in Austria, which included studying under the late U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice William Rehnquist.
